What we do:

  • Site Control & Early Development — Identify and secure viable project sites through lease or purchase agreements; manage title review, ALTA surveys, landowner relationships, and environmental due diligence

  • Interconnection & Transmission — Coordinate interconnection requests and studies with utilities and RTOs/ISOs; assess grid capacity and constraints; support negotiation of interconnection agreements and milestone deliverables

  • Engineering & Technical Coordination — Oversee preliminary design, layout, and engineering studies; translate results into actionable development milestones and budgets; integrate consultant and EPC input to maintain technical feasibility

  • Permitting & Regulatory Strategy — Lead permitting efforts across local, state, and federal agencies; prepare and present CUP/SUP applications, site plans, and public hearing materials; manage all community engagement including open houses and local stakeholder meetings

  • Project Problem-Solving & Leadership — Step in as an outsourced developer to resolve stalled projects or fill internal resource gaps; take full ownership of project advancement acting as your development lead through NTP or sale
