298 MW Solar · Bowie County, TX · SPP

Served as project lead from early-stage site control through Financial Investment Decision (FID) in 2025.

  • Secured and managed site control across a large multi-parcel project area; renegotiated land agreements with multiple landowners

  • Led engineering coordination with EPC through 60% design, including full redesign driven by a 2023 Supreme Court wetland reclassification that rendered ~500 acres non-buildable and reduced project capacity by 50-60 MW

  • Managed all environmental studies, constraints analysis, and consultant workstreams

  • Coordinated interconnection efforts through to executed interconnection agreement after 3 year queue process

  • Led county-level stakeholder engagement and commissioner interactions

  • Secured a county tax abatement

  • Coordinated across engineering, environmental, transmission, legal, tax, title, and commercial teams throughout

Sleeping Giant Solar + Storage

215 MW Solar / 125 MW BESS · Routt County, CO · WECC

  • Advanced project from early-stage site control through 30% engineering design across multiple redesign iterations

  • Managed county permitting process over 12+ months, including navigating mid-stream requirement changes and negotiating environmental mitigation directly with county officials

  • Coordinated 4+ landowner relationships while managing active stakeholder opposition; led public open houses

  • Directed environmental studies, water sourcing coordination, site layout updates, and project budgets

South Park BESS

200 MW Battery Storage · Park County, CO · WECC

Served as project lead from early-stage site control through Financial Investment Decision (FID) in 2024.

  • Secured Conditional Use Permit through full Park County permitting process — from pre-application through approval at Board of County Commissioners after initial denial

  • Negotiated multi-party easement agreements across private landowner, utility, and road authority to establish 0.33-mile gen-tie connection to substation

  • Led extensive community engagement over two years: meeting with local fire chief, multiple HOA board, public open houses, project website, nonprofit partnerships and donations

  • Coordinated wetland, wildlife, and cultural resource studies; managed environmental consultant team

  • Advanced 30% engineering design, site layout, and title search; coordinated landowner purchase timing

  • Managed securing Generator Interconnection Agreement with PSCO after ~2 year queue process

Iron Wolf Solar

150 MW · Van Zandt County, TX · ERCOT

  • Coordinated land expansion strategy targeting 20+ additional landowners to extend site control toward available transmission capacity

  • Reviewed and prioritized parcel routes between existing leased acreage and transmission line

  • Worked with land agents to identify contacts and managed outreach to landowners regarding lease and purchase options

  • Developed early-stage financial models and site suitability analysis
